RC Shelter offers several levels of service for home staging. Most of our services begin with the Evaluation Consultation. The packages below are meant to serve as a starting point for how we might work together.


The Evaluation Consultation               1-2 Hours

During this initial consultation, we will walk through your property both inside and out, viewing it as a potential buyer would, and assess its strengths and weaknesses. We'll be looking at landscaping, furniture, accessories, paint color, lighting, flow, clutter, room focal points and balance. 


RC Shelter will provide a written report outlining recommendations and next steps following the consultation, and provide a proposal for further services within 48 hours. We also recommend that the homeowner take their own notes during our walkthrough. Cost: $200



The Platinum Package:                   You do it.     

This is for busy sellers who don't have the time or inclination to prepare their home to sell themselves. Whether the home is vacant or you are still living in your home, we can handle the whole project from top to bottom. Depending on the size of the home and how much work is needed to prepare it to be show ready, you might need a half day, full day or even more for a new listing or Open House. 



The Gold Package:                           Let's do it together.    

This is a great option for sellers who have the time and ability to carry out some of the suggested work themselves. We prepare a comprehensive Action Plan, based on our initial Evaluation Consultation, and you let us know how much or how little help you want to complete the work. We can be flexible in working with you to finalize the actual staging of the property to make your house fabulous. 



The DIY (Do It Yourself) Package:        I want to do it. 

For the home that is in really great shape, but needs just a little extra something prior to listing this is for those homeowners who want to do it ALL themselves! Take our recommendations and run with them. 


We are happy to come in during or after work has been completed, to help solve any problems that may arise, help with any finishing touches, or take photographs for marketing purposes. We want you to think of us as part of the "team" to sell your home!



Cost for all staging services: $100/hour.


Furniture and accessory rental available from RC Shelter for an additional fee.
